Back to Work - Monday IINspiration

Clarity, Commitment, and the Next Step Forward

Dear community,

September often feels like a new beginning. Holidays are behind us, energy shifts, and we prepare to dive back into work with fresh perspectives.

For me, this transition came with something very special: during the summer, while many were recharging on beaches or mountains, I was also completing an important journey — and I am proud to share that I am now officially a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

This milestone is not just a title. It represents a conscious commitment to invest time, energy, and resources in becoming the best coach I can be, so that my clients receive the most powerful and professional support in their transformations.

Why Co-Active?

ree

The Co-Active methodology was developed over 30 years ago by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in the US — one of the most established coaching schools in the world. CTI has trained over 65,000 leaders and coaches worldwide, including those from Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, entrepreneurs, and public institutions.

What makes Co-Active unique is that it coaches the whole person:

  • The Being: values, emotions, energy, and identity.

  • The Doing: actions, choices, and results.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from “fixing” what’s broken. It comes from aligning who you are with what you do.

And sometimes, this alignment requires a shift in perspective. Much like trying on a new pair of glasses, what once felt blurry suddenly becomes clear. Leaders and teams begin to see themselves, their challenges, and their future with sharper focus — unlocking choices and opportunities they didn’t see before.

The Three Principles of Co-Active

  • Fulfillment → Living and leading from what truly matters.

  • Balance → Expanding perspectives to make conscious choices.

  • Process → Embracing the present moment, even when it’s uncomfortable, as a source of growth.

These principles are more than theories. They are practical tools that shift conversations, reshape decisions, and empower leaders to create lasting impact.

The Commitment Behind the Certification

Choosing to complete the CPCC certification was a deliberate choice. It required:

  • Months of supervised practice, applying Co-Active tools with real clients.

  • Rigorous assessments, proving coaching presence and impact at every stage.

  • Personal transformation, facing my own challenges to grow alongside my clients.

This process was demanding, but it reinforced a simple truth: supporting transformation requires me to continually transform myself as a coach and leader.

The Next Chapter: Embodiment

Because clarity doesn’t live in the mind alone — it also lives in the body.

That’s why my next step is a Yoga Teacher Training. By integrating embodiment into my coaching and programs, I will offer new ways to:

  • Help individuals reconnect body, mind, and values for sustainable growth.

  • Support teams in cultivating presence, trust, and resilience.

  • Guide organizations to align performance, well-being, and values for long-term success.

What this means for you

  • For leaders: a coaching approach that sharpens clarity and aligns action with purpose.

  • For teams: practices that strengthen trust, collaboration, and authenticity.

  • For organizations: programs that connect values, performance, and human development into one sustainable journey.

For me, becoming CPCC is not an ending. It’s a promise — to keep raising the bar, to keep learning, and to keep offering my clients the depth and clarity they deserve.

As we all shift back into work mode this September, I carry this milestone with gratitude and excitement. Because true transformation is not about changing who you are. It’s about finding the lens that lets you see yourself, your team, and your world more clearly — and leading from there.

With energy for this new season,

Laura
