Monday IINspiration: Choosing Intention Over Noise

Today, Belgium is at a standstill. Strikes, frustrations, demands, a collective sense of “enough.”And I respect that. People are tired, people need to be heard, and every voice has its reason.

But here’s my reflection for this Monday:

➡️ In a world where many protest, who stands with those who are building?

➡️ Who supports the people who move forward, innovate, create value, take risks, invest in themselves, and work every single day to make things better?

Because while society freezes, I also see something else happening:

A growing space occupied by “influencers” who offer no expertise, no depth, no intention. People who receive free meals, treatments, workouts, products, and visibility…and give back nothing meaningful in return. Just hot air.Just noise.

Meanwhile, entrepreneurs, small business owners, coaches, creators, marketers, consultants — people who actually produce value — are fighting every day. They train, they evolve, they invest, they grow, they fall, and get back up again.

They build. They contribute. They carry intention.

🌱 So today, I make an intentional choice.

I choose to stop supporting the noise. I decide to stop giving my energy, money, or time to people or places that offer everything to influencers who contribute nothing, while asking full price from those who truly support their business.

I choose to support — and embody — what creates real value.

I choose expertise. I choose impact. I choose integrity. I choose intention.

And yes, today I’m also asking something of you.

I’m asking you to support my work.

To support my expertise, my determination, and my courage to build something meaningful.To support the years I’ve dedicated to learning, developing, coaching, teaching, creating programs, and continuously growing.To support my intention to improve organisations, elevate leaders, and develop human potential.

Not by simply liking a post.

Not by saying “you’re doing great.”But by:

✔️ Recommending

✔️ Collaborating

✔️ Joining my programs

✔️ Referring me to your organisation

✔️ Inviting me to work with your teams and talents

✔️ Talking about my work in your circles

Because change is built through intention and collective support.Because courage grows when it is nourished.Because society evolves when we choose value over noise.

So here is your Monday IINspiration today:

👉 Stop supporting the noise.

👉 Support what creates real value.

👉 Choose intention over the wind.

👉 And become, in your own way, the hummingbird that contributes.
