General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
Preamble These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all services offered by CoachIIN, represented by Laura Galante, as part of its coaching, training and professional support programs. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
Services Offered CoachIIN offers various services including:
Individual and group coaching (career, leadership, business development).
Professional training and support.
Personalized mentoring and consulting. Each service is detailed on the site and/or via a direct exchange with the customer before purchase.
Rates and payment terms The prices of the services are indicated in euros and may be subject to VAT according to the legislation in force. CoachIIN reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, but the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of the order. Payments are made by credit card, bank transfer or any other means accepted by CoachIIN. Payment is required before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of non-payment on the due date, penalties may be applied and CoachIIN reserves the right to suspend access to the services until full payment. Late payment penalties will be applied at a rate of 10% of the amount due per month of delay.
Cancellation and refund Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or absence, the session is due and no refund will be made. Once the program has started, no refund will be given. However, CoachIIN may offer a postponement or a credit under certain conditions. In case of unavailability or force majeure, CoachIIN undertakes to offer a new date or a full refund.
Right of withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, individuals have a period of 14 days after purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the service has begun with their agreement before the end of this period.
Commitments and Responsibility CoachIIN is committed to providing quality coaching, based on a proven methodology. However, results vary depending on the client's involvement and commitment. CoachIIN cannot be held responsible for failure to achieve objectives, decisions made by the client or any consequences arising from the coaching.
Intellectual Property All content (supports, training, methodologies, videos, PDF documents, etc.) provided by CoachIIN remains its exclusive property. Any reproduction, distribution or resale is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Personal Data CoachIIN respects the confidentiality of customer data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
Applicable law and disputes These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the courts of Liège will have jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the customer may also resort to a consumer mediator in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
